Account & Data Deletion
Pack Library (Library of Ink) — Last updated: August 13, 2026
The Android app offers Google Play subscriptions and ad-supported accounts. The reader website offers subscriptions through Stripe and does not offer ad-supported access. The steps below explain how to manage either type of paid subscription and how to request deletion of your Pack Library account and associated data.
Canceling a Google Play Subscription
If you purchased a Pack Library subscription through Google Play, you must cancel it through the Google Play account used to make the purchase. Pack Library cannot directly cancel or manage your Google Play subscription.
To cancel:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile icon.
- Select Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select Pack Library.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.
You can also manage your subscription at: https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
Uninstalling Pack Library or requesting deletion of your Pack Library account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. Canceling stops future renewals, but access may continue until the end of the billing period already paid for.
Canceling a Reader-Website Subscription
If you purchased a Pack Library subscription through the reader website, cancel or manage it through the Stripe customer-management page provided by Pack Library. Stripe processes and manages reader-website subscription billing.
Requesting deletion of your Pack Library account does not cancel a reader-website Stripe subscription. Cancel the website subscription through the Stripe management flow before requesting account deletion so subscription billing does not continue after the Pack Library account is deleted.
Requesting Pack Library Account & Data Deletion
Android users with a Google Play subscription or ad-supported account and reader-website subscribers may request deletion of their Pack Library account and associated data.
If you have an active Google Play subscription, cancel it through Google Play before requesting account deletion. Pack Library cannot cancel the subscription on your behalf. Deleting your Pack Library account alone will not stop Google Play billing.
If you have an active reader-website subscription, cancel it through the Stripe customer-management flow before requesting account deletion. Deleting your Pack Library account alone will not stop Stripe subscription billing.
Android ad-supported accounts are not subscriptions and do not have payment or card information attached through Pack Library. The reader website does not offer ad-supported access. Android ad-supported users can request account deletion without canceling a subscription first.
To request deletion, please email us from the same email address used for your Pack Library account. This helps us verify that you control the account:
Email: boundinink.cs@gmail.com
Please include “Pack Library Data Deletion Request” and the email you use to log in.
What Account Data Is Deleted
- Your authentication account and ability to sign in
- Profile identifiers, including the email address, username, display name, and active session token
- Notification targets associated with the account
- Ad-unlock and rewarded-ad event records stored under the account
- Identifying account assignments on reward and promotional-code records
Pack Library retains a deleted-account profile record and an administrative deletion audit record to document the deletion action and support account security. The audit record includes the account identifier and deletion-request email address.
Payment Information
Pack Library does not directly collect, receive, or store users’ credit or debit card details. Google Play handles Android subscription purchases, billing, and payment methods. Stripe handles reader-website subscription payments and billing information. Android ad-supported accounts have no payment method or card information attached through Pack Library.
Deletion Request Processing
After verifying the request, support will process the account deletion. Pack Library does not promise a specific completion deadline because no fixed deletion timeframe is established in the current system or policy.
